Prep Time: 15 Min
– 4 pounds Chicken Breasts – 2 cups Almond Milk – 1 Egg (optional) – 3 cups Gluten Free Flour or Almond Flour – 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs (optional) – 4 Tbsp Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp Paprika – 1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt – 1 Tbsp Sea Salt – 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder – 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
Cook Time: 10 Min
Use kitchen scissors or sharp knife to cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces – about 1-inch chunks.
Put chicken pieces in a bowl with almond milk. You may add an egg to the milk, but it is not required.
Let chicken soak in milk, while you mix all dry ingredents in a separate bowl. Heat the skillet to mediium heat and pour in olive oil.
Remove chicken bites from milk and place into the flour mixture. Coat well.
Add coated chicken bites into the skillet and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes per side, cooking to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Once chicken bites are fully cooked, place them on a plate covered with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
After sitting for 2 minutes, place desired amount of chicken into a gallon ziplock bag. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 cup of your favorite sauce into the bag and lightly shake.
Shake until all chicken bites are coated. Carefully pour them onto a plate and enjoy!
