Gluten Free Meatballs Recipe
Meatballs are my family’s favorite comfort food. This gluten-free meatball recipe is easy to make, great for meal prep, and the perfect main course for any meal. This meatball recipe is full of protein and is a lighter version of many meatball recipes because it uses ground turkey instead of ground beef.

Ingredients You’ll Need
This meatball recipe has four main ingredients and a handful of seasonings, making it super easy to whip up. I love making this recipe ahead of time to speed up my evening dinner prep. It is also great for weekly meal prep, where I double the recipe, make it on a Sunday and freeze it, and have a ready-to-eat meal for our busy school nights!
Ground Turkey – I use Honeysuckle 85/15 lean ground turkey. I’ve used various brands, and they have all worked great.
Eggs – I use Eggland’s Best Cage Free Eggs when we can’t get fresh farm eggs.
Chicken Broth – I use low-sodium, organic chicken broth for this recipe, but I am not particular if the broth is organic. I do prefer lower sodium broth when possible.
Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs – My all-time favorite gluten-free, allergy-friendly brand is Kinnikinnick. I used their Panko Style Bread Crumbs for this recipe, and they worked perfectly! Here is a link to their gluten-free, allergy-friendly products. We love them all!
Seasonings– Any brand will do for most seasonings, but my go-to, must-have seasoning for all recipes is Lawry’s Seasoning Salt. There is something about Lawry’s that is unbeatable! I use parsley flakes, minced onion, garlic powder, and seasoned salt for this recipe.
