If you are living with a diet restriction and are new at navigating this lifestyle, I can help. We had to modify our diet to exclude dairy, gluten, beef, and eggs. After much trial and error, I can whip up any recipe and substitute almost anything. I hope to be a resource for you and help you get through the early stages of food restriction.
